Dear Chairman Jordan and Boardmembers:

The Commissioners of ANC 6E at the May 1st, 2013 meeting, where there was a quorum, voted to support the Board of Zoning and Adjustment application for 1538 New Jersey Avenue NW.  The motion passed 5-0-0.  We support the request for relief to convert the property into seven unit provided that the property to have two parking spaces.
