Subject:  ANC 6E Intervention in ABRA Case in adjacent ANC 1B

ANC 1B01 Commissioner Anita Norman and Commissioner Padro have proposed Summer Garden hours of 11:00 AM-11:00 PM daily, in order to accommodate concerns from residents of 7th Flats, the apartment building above the proposed Broccoli Bar summer garden (&Pizza will occupy the former Uprising Muffin Company space at 1817 7th Street, NW, with their new Broccoli Bar concept).

In the event a settlement agreement is executed prior to the 10/31/18 meeting, the special meeting will be cancelled.
